    DD's Pearl Lube?

Have any of you tried Dick Dastardly's Pearl Lube? His web site is directed more toward Cowboy Action Shooters but the lube sounds good if it works anywhere near his claims. He also has a couple of bullets designed for C&B revolvers that sound promising and he sells a sample pack.

Yes I have, it works for me. I shoot a 45.colt Henry, this is the only gun I use his lube in.

I haven't tried the lube, but I did buy a six-cavity Mav Dutchman 'big lube' mold for my revolver. They shoot just as accurately as the conical bullets I cast from my Lee molds, and hold a lot more lube, but I still shoot my Lee conical bullets because I don't need to use any filler with them. I would need to use filler with the Mav Dutchman pistol bullets. If you don't mind using filler, the Mav Dutchman is a nice bullet.

I've been using it in my Henry with the 200 gr. Mav Dutchman bullet for the last 3 years. Works very well for me. I don't know what Pearl Lube 2 is but you can make the original Pearl Lube yourself.
