Just a reminder folks that a reproduction Henry rifle, chambered in 44/40 or 45 Colt, is considered a modern firearm under Federal gun control laws and can only be sold between residents of the same state, in that state, or through a Federal Firearm Licensed dealer (with completion of ATF forms and a background check). Sales between two people from different states without using an FFL dealer is a felony violation of Federal Law.
