    Potsdam musket questions

    Hi guys and gals,

    Few questions for ya:

What was the nominal barrel length of the Potsdam 1809 percussion conversion?

What's the current status of legality of relining or stretching and lining to .69 caliber?

Finally, on guns you've seen, does the ramrod sit below the barrel, flush with, or protrude slightly?

    Many thanks,

    Jon

Nominal barrel length is 41.25". You may reline the barrel to .690", but no less. On fully original arms, the ram rod sits flush with the muzzle.
