Big price difference between Lodgewood and S&S

Lw, $80., S&S, $16. Neither are what I'm looking for. Picture of what I want; this is from my carbine I bought off a board member some time ago.

Will, I got mine from S&S last week at the Spring Natl. it is a high front sight dovetailed just like the originals. They came in 2 widths .050 or .100, I got the .050 because I like a thinner front sight, cost $16.00. If you want it to match the barrel color somewhat, you can blue it.

Thanks for all the responces to my inquiry....................

I'll probably order the S&S sight; it may be closer to what I wanted, once in hand than the pict. shows.

That $80 price tag is for an original front sight at Lodgewood. They have the one in your pic as I bought five of them at the Nationals. 14 or 15 bucks each I don't remember

Thanks for the heads up Pat

That sight either didn't come up in my first search or I looked over it (most likely). I called and talked to David this morning and ordered the sight. Good to have people on here holding my hand; I need all the help I can get. Thanks again...........Will
