I need to clean out the gun cabnit. I have an model 1841 mississippi rifle in .58 cal. Was used in living history events. Few minor dings, but in great shape. I have a model 1861 springfield defarbed by lodgewood. Has glass bedded stock, shooter front sight with a clearanced bayonet that will fit the gun. All markings have been removed and proper ones put on it. Recontoured stock and restained as original. Proper cartouches and a Larry Ramano Barrel. It is in excellent condition. Not a hardly a single ding in the stock. It is emaculate and a awesome shooter. The Model 42' is a Harpers Ferry. Lockplate 1850. Is .69 cal with smooth bore barrel by Whitacre, defarbed by lodgewood. All new internal lock parts (AC), great trigger break. Recontoured and restained stock as original, barrel is defarbed with brass nose sight. Will send pictures if you give me email. Only serious bids. If you buy guns and put barrels like this on them with the defarb, you will spend over $1,000 so please only serious bids.
