    Need Gauntlet for firing Mortar

Just bought a 24 pound Mortar and need a location to get the shoulder length leather Gauntlet. Anyone know of a place?

    Welding suppliers

Robert's Oxegen or any other supplier sells the leather sleeves. You can also find them on E-bay at very reasonable prices.Tim

    Thanks

    Thanks Tim,

Theres's a store close to where I work. I'll check it out this week. Question: Can I fire my Mortar before its inspected at the Nationals?

You do not have to wait till a National to have a mortar inspected. if you want to bring it to a regional here, I can inspect it. Just send me an e-mail to nssapropertymgr@aol.com when you can bring it out and we will set something up.Tim

    INspection

    Thanks Tim,

I plan to bring it down in March when the weather starts turning a little warmer. I'll give you a call when I bring it up.
