VA TECH CORPS of CADETS support requested

The VA TECH CORPS of CADETS will be competing against VMI at Nationals on Noon Friday in a pigeon board elimination.

I have been working with the VTCC team and the cadets will be wearing their grey uniforms. they decided rather than the wheel hats, they wanted to buy and wear grey kepis.

i was wondering if there is a sutler who would provide ten kepis for a discounted price for the students.

let me know and i'll stop by on wed or thursday. the VT cadets will arrive thursday afternoon around 4pm -- i figured they would do their shopping after getting settled into camp.

try calling Dennis & Kam of Fair Oaks Sutler. They use to be off Rt. 3 near the Wilderness forever but moved out West a few years ago. She makes the nicest Kepis you'll ever find. She was the lady who did restoration for the Confederate items in Confederate museum and a lot of other places. The quality is really off the scale. The cost was only $29 last year. I'm getting ready to call her and order a few for teammates myself. They are machine & hand sewn the same as they were in Richmond during the War of Northern Aggression.
