I got this link from a reenacting group web page when I thought I would like a Spiller and Burr, but I know what my brass ram rod is like at the end of a skirmish and that frame would be just as bad and harder to clean.

Mike, thank you for the offer but the fellow on Gunbroker's e-mailed me yesterday saying the buyer backed out to buy one closer to home & it was mine if I wanted it. If any of the guys I shoot with get a hankerin' for one after I haul this out to a shoot I'll give them your info.

Threepdr, it worked out after all, once in awhile being 2nd in line is o.k., thanks for the tip.

Thanks to all for your help
