    Original rifling of the Zouave

    Dear All,

I am quite new to this forum. I am an MLAIC competition shooter in Hungary (Europe) and I am looking for some info about the original rifling of the Remington Zouave rifles. I noticed that there were 7 and 3 groove versions, I also know that the 7 groove barrel had a progressive depth rifling with 0,005" at the muzzle and 0,015" at the breech. But no more info. I would be glad if someone could help me out with the twist rate of the two bores.

    Thanks in advance,
    Balázs
