U.S. History Museum
Well I finally got down to see it after it was closed a while back for renovations. I must say I wanted to bang my head through a wall when I went through the section on the Civil War. For the most part they were awesome displays of Uniforms, Artifacts and Weaponry. I was most impressed by the CS Richmond Musket with steel nose cap, 1861 rear sight with 1863 Springfield screw type bands and no band springs! As well as the 50-70 converted Sharps Rifle! .63 caliber Fayetteville Musket, .38 Caliber Colt Navy model percussion pistol Green
Besides all that I must say it was worth the price of admission!

"Great leadership does not mean running away from reality. Sometimes the hard truths might just demoralize the company, but at other times sharing difficulties can inspire people to take action that will make the situation better." John Kotter
