    Sharp's bullet need

Some opinions desired. I have a Garrett Sharps that slugs out at .523 and I prefer to shoot with consumable paper. Most ringtail moulds I have come across are .540+. Several questions:
+ Are there any ring tail moulds out there .526 - .530 ?
+ Any hollow base bullets that are known to work especially well ?
+ Any other bullet recommendations ?

    Roger,

You can use a paper cartridge without a ring tail bullet. I think it is easier to use a bullet without a ring tail if you are going to use a paper cartridge.

    Re: Sharp's bullet need

I would like to ask a few questions. as the size you have noted is usually the bore size for Garrets, I would like to know if it is marked 54 caliber. I would expect the groove size to be 542/544. I have several in my shop and I haven't seen a stock Garret that small, but I see new stuff every day.

Give me a call 410-208-4736 and we can talk through bullets that I have that work well with paper cartridges.

    Regards,
