    Lee .54 caliber improved minie

Has anyone used the Lee .54 caliber improved minie (.540 diameter) in a Euroarms Mississippi rifle? I recently purchased one of these molds and would like to hear some comments and/or results about this particular bullet. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Mike Have the same mold, it's OK but don't think it's the answer. The wilkinson bullet shoots beter. Are you going to Springtown tomorrow or Sunday? If so I could bring you some to try. Wayne Shaw

The Wilkinson mold I have is a two cavity type that drops them at .539.5/ 540.0. It's just a slide fit in my Euro Mississippi and shoots well with 47/50 gr

    Wayne,

I will be at the shoot on Sunday only. If you could bring a few I would certainly welcome the chance to try them. Thank you.
