Burnside Carbine Help requested

Does anyone know the dimensions of the screw that is right in front of the Burnside trigger guard? I looks like it holds the trigger guard to the receiver block. Also, what is the "proper" name of this screw?

If I did this right, there should be a picture of what I am asking about.
