The original 1863 Remington 2-band rifled musket is in excellent condition. This is a very accurate shooter, not a collectible. Everything on the musket is original except the barrel bands. The bore is bright and sharp. The stock is solid with no cracks. Includes original ramrod, original rear sight, and two original nipples. Also included is a modern brass ramrod to protect the barrel, a wooden cleaning rod, and a modern aluminum cleaning rod. Asking $1500 plus shipping.
