I took a camera down the barrel and it does have a cone that goes towards the nipple. It looks like it will be hard to clean and would need a good tool to get in there. I do not see a twist or any markings on the bottom of the barrel.

so it has a patent breech

you can wipe it out and keep it clean by using a .410 shotgun bore mope or brush wrapped with patches
