Looking for someone that can rifle a 4-bore (approx 1 inch bore) wall gun barrel

Hi!

I have a builder that?s almost finished making a 4 bore wall gun. He?s not been able to find someone with the capability to rifle a barrel larger than .75, however. Does anyone know of someone who can?

By memory (when we started the build), I recall Hoyt / Whitacre could not. Looking for any lead to any quality person that can do it. The (current smoothbore and almost) rifle is quite large.
