You can resize Maynard brass up or down using 50-70 dies.
As I recall, you don't even need a shell holder. You can punch the cases out of the die body
with the right sized dowel rod or punch.

Just to add to this thread; I have an early Romano-made First Model Maynard that has a very tight chamber. I bought a set of Lyman 50-70 dies and a hand press (Huntington Compac) and finish my rounds by running them in and out of the sizing die with decapping rod removed. My finished rounds ?plunk? into the Maynard chamber smoothly.
