I am selling my late father's trailer on behalf of my mother. Camper is a 1998 Terry Travel trailer 26-H. It has one large slide out. Camper is dry inside. EDPM roof has been resealed several times throughout it's life most recently about 4 years ago. I have everything ready to reseal it again. Camper has been stationary for about 6 years but is able to be moved elsewhere within the fort no problem
Fridge/freezer both work (gas), stove (gas), microwave work, all plumbing and hot water heater (gas and electric) works and is leak-free to my knowledge. I just replaced the water pump this past fall. Both table and sofa fold down into beds. Camper has a queen bed in the rear. Has one A/C that works great and will run off of a 30 amp 3000 watt (or more) inverter generator. Camper has two 6v golf cart batteries that hold charge all season. Camper also has a solar cell installed but it does not charge properly (not sure if it's just a fuse or the actual charger).
Located just past the pond at the Division of Marines campsite. Title in hand. In the pictures you'll notice the carpet still has the factory plastic on top of it.
I also have the hitch and stabilizers for it that will be included.
