Burnside Carbine For Sale -

Gun is mostly original (Serial No. 36642) but has the last wooden Burnside forearm and stock S&S had available a few years ago. Stock was professionally, inlet, fitted and finished by Lodgewood. Steel is in the bright with grey speckled patina and no pitting. Rifling in barrel is good. Action is smooth and locks up tight.

New repro parts installed include: The wood (obviously), pivot pin, hammer, trigger, trigger spring, wooden stock screw hardware.

Gun would make a good and unique shooter, wall hanger, or cheap way to add what would otherwise be an obscenely expensive addition to your Civil War collection.
