WTB Lymen EP0710 adjustable sight added another option today 2-11-23

I am not sure if they are made any more but I would like to buy this sight in the hopes of installing it on my 1863 Springfield musket. If you have one please send me a PM. If you have another idea for installing an adjustable rear sight on an 1863 Springfield musket please let me know. BTW I know that this is not legal for N-SSA but it is not for use in N-SSA skirmishes. Please see my latest post for some other options I am considering.

They make iron sights. You might find something you can adapt to a musket.

I did find another sight that might work with a different approach to the problem. A Lyman 57GPR or 57SML might work on the tang or the wrist area of the stock. If anyone has one of these for sale please let me know. Also if anyone has one of these sights and also has access to a 1860 era Springfield musket and would see if it would be possible to mount one of these sights on the tang area with or without some modification I would appreciate you letting me know.

I went in a completely different direction for the rear sight. When I have the project finished I will post in the Small Arms forum.
