    Screw for Rogers and Spencer

I am looking for any possible source for the screw unit that holds the loading arm in the frame of the Rogers and Spencer revolver. Someone asked us about finding one for them. I also actually need one for my revolver, so if anyone has one or knows a source, I would appreciate that information.
    Thanks,
    Marty R

I believe he needs the male and female screws (they screw into each other) that hold the loading lever assy. and cylinder pin in the frame. Someone was just looking for one over on the Muzzleloading Forum. I know of no source for these.

    Push come to shove...

As a last resort, the Feinwerk Bauer arms company in Germany has R&S parts in stock.

I bought a couple of complete sets of screws and springs directly from them, just to keep on hand for my pieces.

Start with their web site for contact info. Their customer service folks can read/understand English and are very professional and courteous. I used email to communicate and had NO issues with making my order and completing the transaction.

Realize that most parts/ screws for a FWB R&S might not be compatible in most other R&S revolvers, but I would think that the lever screws should - but may need some minor ?fitting?.

For what it?s worth, as a potential option to consider.
