    Model 1860 Staff & Field Officers Sword & Scabbard
    Blade etched C.C. Fuller Worcester, Mass on one side of the ricasso. Unblemished bright blade with traditional U.S & floral etchings. Unpolished brass pommel, guard and shells. Excellent & completely intact. Original sharkskin grip with one small wear spot (not distracting). Original braided wire wrap around grip is tight and intact. Original bright steel scabbard is lightly hazed with no dents or rust. Brass rings and drag on scabbard are intact and unpolished.


    Charles Chapman Fuller was the owner of C.C. Fuller, which was listed as a Costumer, Manufacturer of Banners, Flags, Regalias, Badges, Decorations for Halls, Churches, Military Balls. Later known as Fuller Regalia & Costume Company, incorporated in 1910, the firm was located at 5 Pleasant St. on the corner of Main Street, in Worcester, Mass. For many years it was the only costumer between Boston and Springfield. Includes original oiled canvas sword sleeve.
