was wondering if anyone has any dealings with one of the ramshorn repo maynards and their thoughts abt them

Virtually this same question was posted here a few months ago, and the answer was pretty mixed... maybe that's a function of the mixed quality of the carbines(?) Since last posting, I was reminded that my very first carbine team match was fired with a borrowed Ramshorn copy of a Maynard 2nd Model using full load plastic cases. Since I hadn't shot any other variations, I had nothing to compare to, but enjoyed the experience enough to keep working on my rebuilt original and to buy a Romano 1st Model. YMMV! Green
