I dont see it on the approved arms list. May mean they never submitted it for approval. You can always get an individual approval.

I believe it is approved. If you go to Pedersoli's web page the NSSA logo is included with the description of the rifle.

The Pedersoli web site is indeed showing the N-SSA logo:

But it is not listed in the Approved Arms List as approved by Pedersoli.

Presumably, the Pedersoli 1863 is the same as the Euroarms they took over, but anyway, it's not in the list.

One of our guys bought one back a little before COVID hit. He was told they weren?t approved and he had to have his inspected and get a SAC card for it on an individual basis. If I remember correctly, he was told that Pedersoli had not, at least at that time, submitted a sample to get blanket approval. I don?t know if anything?s changed since COVID or not.
