    lever catch

    It's been a few years, but my search for this gun part was futile, too. The Rifle Shoppe saved the day and, as a direct and proximate result, I got my Burnside back to the range so I could continue to shoot sorry scores.

    Check with the Regimental Quartermaster in Gettysburg. They had an original on their website, recently. I think the price was $95.
