Original Ballard rifle bands are going to be very tough to find. You can get Pewter cast repro bands, that are not too bad, but I doubt you will ever find original bands.

Eddie is right, original Ballard bands, or any original Ballard parts are almost impossible to find. If you are fitting up a new forearm, you might try using an artillery model Smith carbine band and fitting the wood to it. They are not identical but most will not know the difference.
