Did revolver targets change size over the years?

I am sorting through our "endless" rubbermaid tub of targets after it turned out not-so-endless at last year's skirmish and we ran out of 50-yard musket/carbine targets.

I have found this (rather yellowed) stack of about 10-15 "official" 25-yard revolver targets.

While the bulls eye looks the same as the newer-looking "official" targets, the white rings clearly are not the same.

So what gives? I'm guessing at one point in time the 25-yard Revolver target was bigger?

Also, this is my first time buying targets. Do all styles come with Sighter (S), 1, and 2? In other words, 3 targets to a sheet? It looks like only my newer 25-yard Revolver come 3 to a sheet.

    Thanks,

The targets were changed quite a few years ago.
The 25 yard target was 2 bulls and the bottom target was 10 shots for score like the longer range targets.
Due to some fine shooting, it became difficult to score with tight groups. The target was modified into the same format as the 50 yard musket/carbine targets.

The 25 yard revolver and 50 musket/carbine are 3 bull targets with the sighter on top.
The 50 yard revolver and 100 musket/carbine are 2 bull targets with the sighter on top also.

    Thanks Tim!

Looks like I have some antique N-SSA revolver targets!
