Section 6 states that a 24" rifle in .44-40 or .45 Colt, built by Navy Arms, is N-SSA legal.

.44 colt isn?t the same as .45 colt. Does it need individual approval?

As it is not on the approved list, it wasn't sent in by Navy Arms for production approval. It is stamped 44 Colt on the rifle?. That doesn't mean you can't get an individual approval. This may have already been done by someone. Ask your regional Inspector.

That's probably because we didn't shoot a repeater event back then.
The arm in question would have to be seen and inspected by the Small Arms Committee at one of their meetings, which are held at the National Skirmishes at Ft. Shenandoah. At that time it would be compared to the Uberti made reproduction Henry Rifle, as submitted to the Small Arms Committee by Navy Arms for Production Approval. If it meets the requirements it will be given a "Small Arms Committee Individual Approval".
These arrangements would have to be made and put in place six (6) weeks prior to any regularly scheduled N-SSA National Skirmish. I am the contact point for those arrangements.

Thank when the committee and the nationals get back to the fort I will bring it down. Its marked 44CF. It does hold 13 in the mag. The 44-40 is to long to get up the brass elevator.

I thought .44WCF was .44-40? My .44-40 revolvers are marked .44WCF. hmmm
According to my Cartridges of the World, 6th Edition, the .44 Colt is similar to the .44 S&W American round, only slightly longer and of slightly larger diameter.
