new revolver
My wife got me a Uberti .36 Rem. revolver for our anniversary. She even had it engraved. SO now I have to shoot it. The problem is that it's shooting pieplate sized groups.
It's tight, lines up and lock up good, doesn't have much of aforcing cone.
Bore (groove) dimension is .378. The chambers are all around .371 or 2. Should the cylinder be opened up?
What about forcing cone?
all ideas are welcome.

Re: new revolver
you wont shoot any type of groups if the chamber is smaller than your bore. you may have to look at having them opened up to .379 or .380 then you have to use even larger rb like .382.

Re: new revolver
A forcing cone will help also. If you are going to open up the chambers and not put in a forcing cone, you may shave some lead when you fire it. I would put in a forcing cone.
