    Passing of Lon Lacey

The Washington Blue Rifles are mourning the passing of Lon Lacey. Lon was a veteran Skirmisher who served our Country in the Marine Corps and later as an FBI Agent. He was a mainstay of the Blues and served us in many ways, most notably as Deputy Commander, for many years. He is survived by his wife, Mary Margaret, 2 sons, Lon, Jr. and Alan (members of Whites Co., 35th VA Cav.), and a Granddaughter who was the apple of his eye. Rest in peace, my friend.
