    So, for us artillery challenged types, what is this or is it supposed to represent?

    I'd really like to know the back story that led this to sit in someone's front yard. Did he fire it on special occasions?

    Looks like it is supposed to represent a 12lb Napoleon, but the muzzle diameter looks like a 6lb or smaller.

    Here is a correct 12 pound Napoleon and a Model 1841 6 pounder.

    I?m trying to get more info on the cannon but I?m 4th party to this. Husband and wife have passed. Children are left with cannon and house. Trying to get asking price. Anyone interested should frequent this post for updated info.
