Pedersoli Sharps Carbine with O ring mod for sale

This Pedersoli Sharps belonged to a good friend who got out of skirmishing a few years ago. This Sharps is completely set up for skirmishing and is a pleasure to shoot. In addition to the C. Hahn o-ring mod, the gun has peep sights for 50 and 100 yards and the 100 yard sight is adjustable for elevation with an allen wrench which is included in the patch box. The rear sight on the Sharps is dovetailed and can be adjusted for windage. The gun has been sighted for a load of 40 grains 2f Swiss and is set to shoot about 1 inch above poa to allow for variations in conditions during the year. When I got the gun, the only thing that I wasn't happy with was the ignition. I had the block tuned and now it shoots great. I recommend using the RWS caps with this gun. The trigger is about 5 pounds and I found this to be fine when shooting it. The gun holds extremely well. I prefer the Pedersoli carbines over the other Sharps and this one is simply outstanding. The price for the gun is $1,400. The gun will be at the Fort for the Fall Nationals.

Is the front sight an aftermarket sight? It looks raised.

For anyone who is interested, I also have for sale, about 800 Sharps bullets purchased from Tom Crone in bags of 25, cardboard tubes, a .542" sizing die, a 2 cavity Moose mould, lots of extra O-rings, and tubes of grease for the O-rings. Tubes are 1.125" and can be cut down for shorter chambers. Also have hair curler paper for bottom of tubes. All you need is some white glue and you are good to go. If anyone would like to discuss a package price including all of these extras, drop me a note.
