Just posting to see if any luck someone has a Spare front sight.
I have a real revolver, shoots tight groups, but very difficult with a broken blade.
Thanks for anyhelp!

If the dovetail base of your sight is intact, any decent gunsmith can slide that front sight out of the dovetail, mill down the broken blade to create sufficient thickness, then use a slittling saw to make a channel for an inset blade. The blade can be pinned or soldered. This could be done to give you the advantage of a "too tall" front blade, which you file down to perfect zero, then profile and touch up the finish.
Just a thought, friend... Jim
