.36 Cal Tom Ball accurized 1858 Remington SOLD

I have a Tom Ball Accurized .36 Caliber 1858 Remington replica for sale. I've shot it very little since purchasing it many years ago from an N-SSA member on this forum. It did not have the Tom Ball test target with it, but I had accurate results with 15 gr Goex FFF, and enough cream of wheat to bring the .375 dia ball to just below the cyl.mouth.

Tom Ball replaced the original barrel with a new 7-1/2" long, 1 in 14 twist, six lands and grooves barrel manufactured by Bob Hoyt. Tom also did a forcing cone job and added a dovetailed front sight to the barrel. The action is crisp & tight. The cylinder was reamed to comfortably seat a .375 round ball. The markings on the frame are from V.T. Gardone of Bresica, Italy...manufacturers for Uberti.

It has finish issues....there are spots where the bluing has been removed/ worn off.
I was going to repair those areas of bluing but never got around to it.

Asking $375..... Shipped at buyer's expense. I can meet up if you're in southern Vermont.
Contact me via PM here for more pictures...

    or e-mail.....

    Thank you for looking!................SOLD
