What is the latest weather, property and creek conditions pre Spring Nationals, 2019

It is raining here in Lancaster County, Pa. Monday, May 13th, 2019. On a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is flooding and ten is bone dry, what can I expect on range conditions for Spring Nationals? I usually shoot on the far right of the range, position 50 and higher. In fact I am one of the last people across the bridge if the creek should flood. My camp site is at the far end of Artillery Row. To know is to be prepared and to be prepared is to live, love, and shoot another day if conditions go to Hades in a hand basket.

    True Blue and diamond hard,

Calling for some rain and some sun.
Looks like Sat and Sunday look nice.

    But it is Winchester.

As long as we don’t have to evacuate, it’s all good.

Mostly looks good, some chance of rain on Friday, weekend looks good so far. It's wet in a lot of places with standing water. Rubber boots are in order. You won't need hip waders.

Came a week early for work, shooting then heading to Nags Head to fish! Then drive back to Texas and two jobs on the way.
