    OHIO Marked Long Arms

Seeking OHIO marked long arms. Particularly interested in finding a US M1795 Harpers Ferry with Ohio markings.

    Lorenz

I have a Lorenz with Ohio markings. I bought it from Lodgewood for $1575.00. I have since picked up another Lorenz so might be inclined to swap this for another musket of some type for equal value. Name: IMG_2364A.jpg

Here is an Ohio marked, rifled 1842 that has been somewhat modified. Date on the lock plate and the barrel are matching 1854. The barrel has been shortened to 31" and the rear sight has been replaced with a simple block sight. I do not know when the modifications were done. I wish I could document 100 of these being used by either side during the civil war.
