Dated 1848 Harpers Ferry smoothbore musket. will be listing several guns for a friend. bore is excellent bright and shiny .69 caliber wood is sound and no cracks that I could see, some bumps and bruises. very nice piece. $1200

What I believe to be a 5th model Burnside dated 1856
pristine bore. lock functions perfect. 50 brass cases and 2 moulds come with the carbine. Lee .562 RB and a scissors type conical mould from Lodgewood. very clean carbine

Those are a great gun and a lot of fun to shoot or hunt with but for the record can not be shot in the N-SSA.
