    I was wondering how many grains fff to use .518 50 cal Maynard (both brass and plastic cases)

    Most shooters find the best accuracy with charges in the mid 20's, anywhere from about 22 up to 27 or 28. You just have to shoot it to find the best for your particular Maynard.
