Meet and share information on Musketoons / Cadets

Exploring the idea of seeing 1847 Springfield Musketoon style variations and original Springfield 1841 / 1851 Cadets at the spring nationals on Friday night. You can bring your own gun. Some will be on dispay during the week. We can talk about anything that is Springfield marked with the small Mississippi style locks. Is anyone interested??

The gathering would be at Bruce's booth on Sutler's Row, aka the old Mike Yeck booth location.

As with all things at the Nationals there is the issue of conflicts, such as the meeting in the barn Friday night followed immediately by the history speaker presentation in the lower section of the museum building. We will all have to make choices.
