As I increased from 12 grains the groups opened up and went higher. I quit at 16 grains 3F.

Do the brass framed Remington pattern replicas suffer any from not having an iron frame?
Brass frames stretch and go out of time.

They probably don't stretch. What happens is the cylinder bashes the frame and dents it, which opens up the cylinder gap:
