    Are modern caps corrosive?

My guess is no, but I'm not sure. The reason I ask is I popped a couple of caps but didn't load and fire. Do i need to clean before putting away?

    Thanks

    Hal

It wouldn't hurt anything to give it a little cleaning afterwards

I would run a couple of Ballistol-soaked patches down the bore, at the very least.
