    eastern N.C.

Hiall, I've bought some CW firearms lately from a old collection, a couple were reenactor Italian rifles. I am interested in keeping one or two and maybe try out the hobby. Is there any units near Jacksonville N.C.

    Best regards,
    Bob

    Hi Bob,

There are 4 active skirmish locations in North Carolina. You can see a map of active skirmish locations here:

Here is a Google Maps version:

You seem to be quite close to the Flatwoods Outfitters site, which is in the Carolina Region. http://carolinaregion.net/

For the last 5 years or so the only active North Carolina skirmish site has been Ft Allison in Statesville. This map needs to be updated.

    Bob,

There are a few teams in eastern NC that come to skirmish at the Tidewater region range. It appears you are about a 3 hour drive from it. We have our first skirmish of the season this coming weekend. If you are on Facebook or know someone who is you can check us out at the link below.

    Thanks, Dan.

I am in the process of scouring all the regional web sites now to try and figure out where folks are actually shooting. I'm also cross-checking against the N-SSA national schedule page to make sure nothing gets missed.

When I'm done I'll post a revised map for comment.
