Pedersoli obviously has a mold for this gun. Does anyone else make such a mold?

With one turn in 55" it should work pretty good with the Lyman #542622. Might even get the pin adjusted to cast longer.
Or paper patched with the 533476.
Moose makes a 542-415 Wilkinson that casts up real nice and with a double cavity block.

Austria, Bavaria, and the other south German countries were party to the South German caliber convention which specified a caliber of 13.9 mm/.547 inches. The Pedersoli rifle follows that pattern, as does the new “Lorenz” rifle. You need a mould that throws a .547 bullet to shoot well in either rifle.

Wow. If the Pedersoli is made that bore diameter then paper patch and size the Lyman minie for sure. Or maybe lap out the Lyman mold to suit?
www.accuratemolds.com will make you any bullet you want. They have bunches of designs in stock and will also custom make a mold to your drawing. CAUTION!!! if you send them a drawing make sure it is accurate and all the measurements are there, because they will make whatever you send; crooked lines and all. They don't do Do-overs

NOE bullet molds just made a couple runs of molds Randle on the Palmetto Sharpshooters designed and they were hands down the best quality I've seen from those producing the molds for our hobby. Nut'n better then molding four minie's at one time and havin them drop free.
They 4 cavity carbine mold was $83 and musket $93 IIRC. Awesome prices and he will even help you design your me and run the ballistic programs on it to see if the mass needs to be shifted one way or another.

I was on the road when I made my two responses above. I hate trying to work on the Internet with a cell phone.
The Austrian Army (k.k. Army) used System Lorenz compression bullets swagged at .540-1 inches, and paper patched to .547 inches. The Bavarians and the other countries who were signatories to the South German Caliber Convention also used paper patched bullets; either expansion or compression. The k.k. Army transitioned to the Bavarian paper patched expansion bullet in 1862-3. But, we are forbidden to use paper patches in the N-SSA, and are required to use "naked" bullets. So, we're so authentic that we can't use authentic ammunition.
.540-2 expansion and compression bullets do not perform well in .547 bores unless they are paper patched. I've tried.
The only .547 mould that I know of that is currently in series production is for the expansion bullet Pedersoli designed for their 1857 Württembergischen. It, by the way, works very well in an original 13.9 mm Muster 1854 k.k. Army infantry rifle or Jägerstutzen. I have heard that Pedersoli will be making a .547 compression bullet mould for their Muster 1854 System Lorenz rifle, but I haven't seen one yet. So, your choice is the Pedersoli mould or a custom mould maker.

Moose Moulds made two .548 designs last year: Wilkinson and Minie Old Style.
