Still, it's great that people can get started in the N-SSA with only one gun.

Begs the question why these types of things aren't submitted, reviewed and approved by our National Recruitment Officer and BOD before being put out to the world.

Because it's not an official N-SSA publication. It's something I chose to do on my own to help promote the N-SSA.

I don't personally think you need to redo it... Gets the main points across.

Look how long the old official recruitment video was out, with all it's outdated info...

    Keep up the good work!

Thanks Mike! The main thing I wanted to get across was it doesn't take much gear to get started.

Problem is anything used to promote the NSSA should be screened by the NSSA. Putting out disinformation serves nobody.

I don't think that is a reasonable expectation.

Go on YouTube and search for "how to start shooting idpa". Or "how to start shooting cowboy action", or "how to start shooting ipsc", or "what you need for a boy scout camping trip", or "how to replace the engine in a ford mustang", "how to mod a nerf gun", or any other countless sorts of videos about a particular organization or product.

There are probably thousands of videos made by enthusiasts and participants of countless organizations and users of products that are not created by nor endorsed by those organizations.

It's just people enjoying what they do sharing it with others. As long as you don't claim to speak on behalf of a company or organization, which I didn't (I deliberately avoided any artwork associated with the N-SSA), it's all good.

Funny how people believe mis-information hampers recruitment until they put out mis-information. Then it's all good.

Ain't none of us perfect. I just got a new video camera and a fancy Yankee coat and decided to make some videos aimed at getting a social media presence out there about the N-SSA. I'm sharing them across numerous boards and facebook groups. I'm sure I'll make more screw-ups as I go but the gist is good.
