    Base Diamentions 12lb motar

I need to replace my ladder frame mortar base and plan to go to a solid base. I am looking for the dimensions for the base and trunnion (?sp) location. I plan to set up around 55 degree angle. Any info and comments will be welcome
    Thanks

    Eddie,

Better hold those super secret plans that Rampa Room just PM'd you close to your vest, there's no telling how many evil do-ers will be planning to build a Civil War era mortar....

Yeah, you sure wouldn't want to share any information that would help anyone else.

Eddie, I was really referring to Rompa Room Artillery, who seems to have information about this thread, but chose a PM instead of sharing dimensions.

He passed on a good tip, but could not remember the measurements. I will more than likely try it and then we'll see about passing it on. Got to try it first
