I horse traded last year for a ten year old 56-50 Armi Sport that had never been fired. While I was looking into the quality of the gun, I saw posts online about trigger problems. That appears to be for newer guns than mine. My trigger is crisp and about 5 lbs. It was misfiring due to light firing pin strikes, but that was easily corrected by soldering a steel shim on the back of the block that holds the firing pin. The gun shoots VERY well with a standard Smith/Maynard bullet and about 30 grains of Goex 3f.
Scratch off another bucket list item.
