FS: Orig M1842 early Mexican War era Springfield

100% original: EARLY Mexican War era, Springfield M1842.

Beautiful piece, wasn't issued for field service.

Lock marked 1845. Nice patina on all metal surfaces. Bore is pristine.

Asking $2,000 - serious offers/inquiries only - PM for photos.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!
