    Ball size for .36 Navy?....

I have acquired a .36 Navy Colt. What should the ball dimension be and what should the chamber diameters be for a barrel that measures .378"?

For a 0.378" bore, you will want your chambers to be around 0.380" and the balls about 0.382". If it's a repro, chances are very good that the chambers are too small.
