Are you talking about the 2 guys in the large tent to the left of the bridge? If so, they are Red and Grover of the SCV camp from Roanoke. Don't know who the sutler is that is right beside the bridge. Red's last name may be Barber, but I'm not sure.

Kowdoc is correct. Robert (Red) Barber and Grover McCloud share the sutler's tent. I have their contact info if you want to send me a PM.
