Maybe Southron Sr will chime in here anent the swaged Pritchett bullets that he manufactures. In general, swaged bullets have less than a 2% variation in weight compared to cast bullets which may contain small air pockets or hidden voids within that under hydraulic pressure virtually disappear from swaged bullets. Certainly the cost to swage bullets is more than casting, if only in set-up cost, but it's difficult to beat the quality, especially for a simple Pritchett design.
